Red Bull Airborne field trip
On the 17 of May, 24 kids from year 4,5 and 6 went to Keramas to watch the world Redbull Airborne competition. We drove in two buses to their destination and when we arrived they walked straight into heat. It was the Red Bull Airborne competition. All of the competitors were doing the biggest maneuvers on their surfboards as possible. There was also another school there; Dyatmika.
After the heat CCS and Dyatmika was shown on a tour of the resort that all of the surfers were staying at. During that tour, we were taught about how we can properly dispose of plastic. When the tour of the beach was done we got the privilege of seeing where the WSL streamed the competition to the rest of the world. Going to the Keramas competition was a great opportunity and we hope we can do it again.
